Having Password problems?

The passwords that are generated by the system are made up of lower case letters and numbers. Unfortunately since an l looks like a 1 and an O looks like a 0 the passwords can be confusing.

The best solution is to copy and paste in the passwords from the E-Mail you received into the sign in box that comes up after you click on Edit Profile and them change your password to something you can remember (WRITE IT DOWN!)

If you are using a computer from home you might also consider using the "Remember my username and password in a cookie" option under Preferences.
