I am sorry for the short messages. I'm not quite with it yet this morning. I found the website for this school ( http://www.naturalgourmetschool.com/ ), and from what I have seen there, I would take a visit to the the school itself and do some investigation. It sounds good, but you just can't be sure until you've talked to students and faculty there, and are sure that the place is comfortable for you. If you aren't comfortable being in the place, you won't learn what you need.

Again, I apologize for the short messages earlier. Any more info someone has on this place would be appreciated. I would like to go visit myself, but that's hard from Ohio until I can get enough money and time to go into cooking school myself.
