Does anyone have any advice on where to go for a cooking school vacation (I guess I am not a real WanaBe chef--I just want to improve my domestic skills)? I am looking to go for a week or two in August or September, pretty much anywhere in the world. I am more interested in the quality of the instruction than in the location.
