I have been working in the advertising industry for the past 5 years, but have always wanted to go to culinary school. My ideal jobs: catering, food journalism, management, etc. I am considering going to a school with a shorter one year program, such as Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Any suggestions on if I need to go to the more expensive, 2 year programs or if one year is enough? Also thoughts on if this school will prepare me for these jobs?
