I have been working in the advertising industry for the past 5 years. I would like to move into a career in catering, management, or food writing. I'm thinking of going to a one year culinary program, such as Cambridgee School of Culinary Arts. Is there any reason I would need to go to a 2 year, more expensive program, since I do not want to be a chef? Any advice on this school or others.
