Does anyone know anything about or have an opinion about the Los Angeles Culinary Institute (www.laci.com)? Chef Raimund Hofmeister, CMC runs this school.
I had heard about them and had even visited their campus in the early 1990s. I believe that they went out of business shortly afterwards.
Do not waste your money on any private "culinary institute" inspite of whatever their recruiters or sales people tell(read LIE) to you. Good Luck.
