I have just been informed that the ACF has a apprenticeship program. Does anyone have any futher information on that? If so could you please fill me in? It would be greatly appreciated. Culinary arts schooling or apprenticeship?

The ACF apprenticeship is a worthwile program! I went through the program myself. The requirements are very strict and should be. This is a program that takes a very motivated person to complete. Keep very good records and trust no one on the local level with original records. All of my records were lost by the local apprenticeship chairman.....what a headache!!!!
