great student knife, cheap,great bolster and tang.they may be discontinued. loooking for the 8"cooks knife.have the 10",boning and two size paring knives. edge comes up real well on these and they are light. got these at a HOMEPLACE store. these are MUNDIAL from brazil. amazon has just the carving knife which is out of stock. any input? thanks,junior
