Could anyone give me some input regarding
Scottsdale Culinary Institute (SCI) and Scottdale
Community College (SCC). I have toured the SCI
campus and was impressed. I did not go to SCC.
SCI's program (15 mo/Le Cordon Bleu) seems a lot
more intense and concentrated, however, SCC's
program (2 year/AAS) has the option to pursue a
HRM bachelor's and is considerably less expensive.
Also, my B.S. in Plant Sciences would satisfy my
core requirements at SCC and my AAS would be
completed in half the time. Any advice and/or
experiences would be appreciated.
