I graduated WCI in Jan.99, and I feel that it was one of the best spent years of my life. The school is great, and Portland was a great place to live. Good luck.

I am attending Western Culinary now. the Instructors are excellent. the facilities are great, and Yes Portland is a great place to live( I am formerly from Philly), the restaurant scene here is booming
