if so where can I find information on it?

Did you see the article in Pastry Art & Design this month on the Disney pastry chefs? I haven't read it yet....but if your interested get a copy at your local book store.

I'm looking for a Culinary School that offers a BA or BS program. I wanted to live somewhere other than the US.....for the experience. Could someone Recommend a School in another country that has both, a solid reputation, and quality instruction.
