This has been the best career decision of my life! The CIA is the place to be as far as Culinary schools go. I am in the Baking and Pastry program and love it.
I am a B-blocker(pastry). Have you done your extern yet, and if so, where did you go and how was it? I'm looking for a place in the city and I'll be going in October. Any hot tips would be appreciated.
