I have already been accepeted to the CIA. I know its a great school, and I have the experience. I start in Feb. 2001 on a Pastry Degree. I am trying now to learn as much as I can and get as much experience as I can before I go.

What I want to know from people that have been there, is there any secrets that I need to know before going. Any tips that you learned while you were there. Anything about the dorms, or which one I should pic. Any teacher I should avoid. Best way to spend my free time while I am down there (besides studying and reading culinary books). Or any other tips.
