I graduated from the CIA in 1963- back when the school was still at the New Haven campus. I'm currently running the kitchen at the Fargo Country Club in Fargo, North Dakota, a fairly large private club in ND. Even here there's alot of rich guys wanting upscale food. I'll leave my purchasing agent's E-mail address. He checks the net quite often. It would be great to hear from some of you old guys!
