Parbaked Baguettes

I,m looking for high quality parbaked baguettes that I can finish in 5 to 10 mins. I used a product from H&H out of NYC about ten years ago but they discontinued that line. We don't usually "cheat" by using products such as these but at 11,000 feet above sea level it is hard to train a baker and come out with a cosistent product season after season. Price isn't an issue, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pillsbury has 2 lines of Parbaked breads that are high quality, low maintenance. Ask your purveyor, or contact Pillsburyfoodservice.com.
