Carbon-off

WebFoodPros.com Chef Forums: The Great Hall: Carbon-off

I recently purchased my smallwares for the summer season. While my sous and I were shopping for pots and pans he picked up two cans of carbon-off. We went back to the kitchen and went to work on our existing pan inventory. Needless to say the owner came in when we were finished and just about sh$t. He screamed "how much did you guys spend on all these new pots and pans?!!" We had only bought about fifteen pieces but the entire inventory looked brand new. To make a long story short; if you're not using this product you should because it rocks!!

Cool...thanks for the tip. How much elbow grease does it take? Do you know who makes it?

Don't know who makes it, but they deserve the Nobel peace prize. Requires minimal elbow grease.
