I just recieved an E-Mail with this. For Culinary Students and those without deep pockets this is a great chance to have lunch at some of the best. Aureole, Aquavit, Cafe Boulud, Gotham Bar and Grill, La Côte Basque, La Caravelle, Lutèce, Nobu to just name a few.

"In case you're interested, Restaurant Week is June 25-29, and reservation making starts today.(5/30/01) Some of the restaurants have the $21 value until Labor Day and some until December! Check it out!!
