I am a former professional cook who has recently developed an interest in food styling. I will be moving to Chicago in a month, and I woud like to apprentice with a reputable food stylist. Any tips about switching to a parallel career? Any leads on Chicago food stylists? I have worked for several nationally know chefs.........if that helps. Pam
