Try looking on the "Canadian Federation of Chef's and Cooks" webpage. If you look in their latest Essence Magazine you will surely find the information that yopu are looking for. Also look for a Bocuse competition video that is for sale through the association. Good Luck!

On the Bocuse d'Or competition which aired on the Food Channel, a sauce dispenser was was repeatedly shown in use. It was stainless steel with white plastic coupling near the dispensing area. Both the female chef from the US and the male chef from Canada were using this tool while putting together their final displays on the large, silver trays. Good someone please tell me where I can locate these dispensers? I have looked everywhere....Thanks in advance!
