Cavlonero is an Italian leafy vegetable. I have heard it refered to as black kale (which is the Italian translation) and also Tuscan Kale.

As far as Pancanella goes, I am not sure. I am wondering if that may have been a typo, and you were wanting to know what Panzanella is. If so, Panzanella is a salad made from tomatoes and stale Tuscan bread.
