Doing a cocktial party Saturday night for 25 Toshiba Execs.
They want Sushi, any ideas techniques or references you all can give me would be greatly

I catered something similar years and years ago...they actually told us where we should buy our Sushi and I was very glad. I have a TON of chop sticks left over from that event...still haven't figured out how to use them up.

contrary to American beliefs you are not supposed to use chopsticks to eat sushi.

I guess they didn't...must be why they were all left over. I would have guessed the place who made the sushi wouldn't have brought them for free. It's not on my list of favorite foods so I'm pretty limited on knowledge there!!!!!

Indians don't use utensils either but the restaurants give you them?

Seems link there was some disscussion on about how to eat Sushi, should use chopstics or not?
I can say it totally up to you. Maybe using chopstic is accectable in any place.
