Got some TV coverage, but unfortunately it's for being in the middle of Hurricane Floyd on the Weather Channel. The coverage from Point Lookout is just down the block from me.

Luckily my servers are in Pittsburgh. ;<)

Did you make it? How much rain are your getting.

It was a non-event on the South Shore of LI.

Most of the rain was inland and way north of us luckily!

We got a couple of inches earlier in the day but when it was supposed to be worst it was just a little windy with an occasional light shower.

Those Weather Channel guys really exaggerate what's going on around them to keep you coming back for updates(not a bad guy however).

BTW I'm not complaining, my flood insurance doesn't kick in until 10/1 8<)
