Anyone using the chef-tech software? I am curious to hear any reports on it.
Just watch the variance the program kicks in automatically, they don't tell you about it and when it kicks in (3-5%) I think it can drive you crazy looking for an additional food cost that's not there. Does this make sense to you?
Hey Chefmanny, is the variance across the board, or bottom line or can it be for different sub-categories? If that's the case it could really give a big difference in your bottom line!
