I am looking into a mobile kitchen or consession type business. Anyone have any expierence in this type of thing? The set up I am looking at has a Espresso machine in it. Fully automatic Acquaviva "mio barista" machine. Looking for any input that may help. Cups per/min etc. Alos is this kind of buisness profitable?
