Specifically, I am looking for breakfast cereals. Can anybody recommend someone in California?

In Cal?...In LA. ?
You'd be better off going to Smart and Final Food stores. Low prices,
OR, Trader Joes.
If you start buying from food dist. your going to have a lot of money tied up in stock, sitting on your shelf.
And I take it, you will be doing this legal??
