Just wondering is there a plural spelling for coulis, or is it just coulis? Writing some banquet menus and would appreciate the help.

I just guessing hear but since coulis-singular is pronounced (koo-lee)I'm gona say that the plural is spelled the same and and pronounced with the "s".

This is just coming from expeience and no formal knowledge.

One thing I've got to say is when your writing menues and using a mixture of languages things are going get screwed up. Different languages use different syntax, when pluralizing words the articles and adjectives are pluralized, o on and so forth. At best your going to make compromises no matter what you do.
