To withstand the long hours I have been putting in I have been consuming large quantities of red bull. could any of you nutrition experts tell me how long I can do this without suffering drastically.

It is a non-alcoholic energy drink. It costs about $3.00 for an 8.3 ounce can.

For starters, find an Asian market, they can get Red Bull from Thailand that costs a lot less ($.95). Secondly, don't drink more than two a day. I toss those in between gatorades and coffee. Keep on keepin' on.
