As an extension of the price per sq foot thread I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the food franchise programs. Not the mega bucks ones- McD, Outback, Chilly's stuff but the ones like Mrs Fields, Subway, Haagen-Dazs, Ben and Jerries etc.
