Hello everyone—it’s been a while since I last posted to this forum. I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who responded to my request for words, phrases, and stories about kitchen language that they have used, heard or attempted to understand in their culinary adventures.

I am in the process of compiling a list of terms to be posted at a later date, and at the same time refine my research project. I would hope that at this time new members or old may wish to weigh in with any new terms,ideas ,stories and phrases,that they have heard recently?

I have posted this idea at a few sites and if you would like I can email anyone a list of these sites. Again thanks….freddychef
