I may be relocating to vegas and wanted to know about the jobs available there. I am a culinary school grad and have upscale hotel experience, and garde manger. What is the pay like? Someone told me that the pay is really good there and I wanted to know how good, I currently make about 13.00 an hour. Are there any good catering companies there? Would I have to join the union? Any info would be great.
