I just gave my notice today. Now it's time to get my butt working as a potscrubber or whatever I can get. I have to thank the wife for making it happen. She scored a great job so now I can afford to make next to nothing while learning.

Breakfast is my strong point and all time favorite time to cook. Unfortunately with the wife a year out from graduating I won't be going anywhere until next May.
