I'm getting married in the Caribbean and the restaurant/bar/nightclub where I'm having my reception does not have a general form for catering. Does anyone have a template for a contract or proposal that can serve as a legal binding document and covers wedding details?
get this book and you will be fine.

Catering Like A Pro
What sort of experience does this place have with catering, Gina? If they don't have a contract they can use, I'd make extra sure they're able to handle the actual event, if it were me.
I'm confident in their abilities - I've seen them handle a heavy dinner crowd, and they're doing a wedding larger than mine this May (my fiance grew up with the owner's brother), but they're just so loosey goosey about their procedure (the impression I've received from most vendors on St. Martin). I just want to have everything buttoned up so that there are no surprises (and I'm pretty crazy about details - or so I've been told)!
Gina, this is one time when it's good to be crazy about details. Just remember when the day comes to relax and enjoy your wedding. By the way, I think my invitation must have gotten lost in the mail. Which island is it again?
Robert, to start a post just go back to the (long) list of topics and scroll alllllllll the way down to the end. Click on "Create New Conversation" and knock yourself out.
