I know it's a long shot, but I was curious if any of you had ever been to El Bulli in Spain. I have been reading about it and it sounded intriguing. I read they take about 8000 reservations a year, they're open for 6 months, but have requests for 300,000+. The little bit I've read about the food is very unique, to say the least. Comments?
Why not get the CD rom w/ cookbook.
Haven't seen it myself, a few yrs from now the french will probably have incorporated anything new he came up with, I can wait.
