Ditto to all for the holiday greetings! haven't posted much.............busy teaching Culinary Arts to the future chefs out there! CIA grad '83 and after 15+ years as an exec. I can truly say I enjoy the holidays. Miss the stress every now and then but can recreate it a bit w/ the Restaurant at school and chalange the kids and myself to produce to their finest! Hey everyone! Happy Thanksgiving! Blessings on y'all!

Let it be a time of relaxation and reflection! We all have a lot to be thankful for and all year long too.

Lemme also add my prayer and hope that our troops may come safely home sooner rather than later.
