It is getting close to all the New Years parties. We have a buffet at the club I work at every year. Just thought I would post our menu:

New Years Eve 2004
Price $75.00 per person
7:00-8:00PM Hors D'Oeuvres
8:15 PM Dinner Buffet

Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
Coconut Chicken
Sesame Beef Skewers with Japanese Dipping Sauce
Smoked Chicken Pate with Honey Lemon Dijon Mustard Sauce

Seafood Bisque

Caesar Salad/Garden Tossed Salad

Seafood Melody in Champagne Butter Sauce
Roast Prime Rib of Beef
Hoisin and Lime glazed Pork Tenderloin
Mashed Potato
Rice Pilaf
Broccoli Au Gratin
