I am interested in researching the job of cookbook historian. I read about an elderly lady who had this title and lived near a large university. Any suggestions would be helpful.

You may want to contact the Culinary Archives at Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI. It is basically a culinary museum of items that were for the most part donated by the late chef, Louis Szasthmary (I apologize if I botched the spelling). I would think that would be great place to start researching any sort of culinary history. Sorry I dont have the address or phone number handy.
