I am a culinary student at a vocational high school. I am the top in my class for my shop. All i can say is that I love workin behind the line and all that stuff.

My school is easily the best high school kitchen in the school. We have visited some other ones and ours is much higher, so dont think of it as a couple of kids bakin cookies in a classroom.

I look forward to doing this for years and to work all summer.
