Oh man, just saw a teaser for "Kitchen Confidential" a Fox fall sitcom/reality morf for the fall.

Looks like it takes all the raunch from the book and adds it's own, in living color.

Guess it had to happen eventually.

He has to have given his permission, but it looked too hookey for him to actually be involved in production.

When we first began (WFP) he told USA Today that this was one of his favorite web sites but I don't think he has been around for years.

Is it possible that this whole backlash to professionalism in chefs is the result of too many folks taking themselves way too seriously?
