Is any one thinking about going to the Professional Chef Association's annual Trade Show & Culinary Salon at the Wilshire Grand Hotel?

It's happening Wednesday, December 7, 2005 3pm - 8pm. Best of all it's free to culinarians.

who was the genius that thought to put a trade show for chefs during december? the busiest month of the year? Why not have it during valentine's weekend instead. LOL
