This is of course Joel Robuchons' restaurant located in the MGMgrand Hotel and Casino in Vegas. Exquisite food. Nicely presented, prepared and served. the whole kitchen is set up in stations right behind the "bar" so all can see their food being prepared. I had the exploration menu at $125 + +. This included 9 courses some of which was an Amuse of Gazpacho, an egg cocotte to die for, Hanger steak that rivaled any NYStrip I had ever had and finished with a perfect cup of coffee. All told my wife and I dropped $329 with tip. Well worth it.
