I make home made preserves. I have just developed a beautifully coloured hot tasting chilli type jam. I am unable to call it chilli jam because it is not exactly the consistency of jam. What can I call it?
I mean this in a helpful not hurtful way (I'm glad you have fun cooking)...I'm not certain but I think your mentioning this product because you believe you've invented something? Do you know that a similar product was comercially developed about 20 years ago? :)
