Has Anybody realized that it is not easy finding good help? I need a new Pastry chef in my kitchen, if anyone knows a good young pastry chef or apprentice in the Southern California area.
The kitchen in question is one the finest in the USA

Good Luck Chef, I would be just a little bit more concerned in the personality and loyalty in your hire. If you are a fine property most will use you to get to the next level.
We do have a very good 2 year program here in Dallas, It's El Centro College, you may want to give them a call. Running ads in the Vietnamese
paper, there are some very good French trained Pastry people comming from there.
