looking for a creamy curry sauce recipy can you help

I adore Indian food! My favorite cookbook is written by Julie Sahni "Classic Indian Cooking". For a creamy dish I prefer Rogan Josh. I don't have the time right now to type the whole recipe for you (if you need it quickly any good book store has this book). It contains ingredients like ghee and Mughal garam masala are you familar with Indian ingredients (it would save me time posting)?
