Hi,
I am thinking of starting a service similiar to PC, but I am a little confused. Why must you cook in client's home? I live in PA and we have a lot of farmers and Amish who sell products from their homes. Any help would be great!

Hi Lucinda,

The reason that you have to cook in the clients home - and it really is for the benefit of the PC - is that current food safety regulations say that you would have to have a catering kitchen, which is separate from your home kitchen. This entails much time and money to get up to standards set by the government.
