It seems that there are several people out there looking for this same answer. I'm a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and even they can't help. Does anyone know of placement agencies for private (estate) chefs. Domestic placement agencies seem to be an alternative but I can't even find them. I have already been to USPCA but they are chefs that cook all day and freeze the food to be eaten during the week. I'm looking for a full time job with one family. Please help. Thanks, Joanne
