I realize that I am not asking for cooking or baking tips. But I have been looking all over for a cookbook that features recipes, or contains recipes, for cuisine from the Lozere region of France. I have been to Paris frequently and always visit a small restaurant which specializes in the hearty and delicious food from this south-central part of France. Any ideas?? Thanks!
