I am having a breakfast for about 60 people. They want Sausage and ham biscuits. How much country ham is need for about 40 biscuits? Any help anyone can give me is greatly appreciated.

depends on the size of the biscuit, but for silver $ size biscuits, I would use 2.5 - 3#...hope this helps..sam sears, cec
