It depends, do you have a dishwasher to wash them or you can only use them once?

I would assume that if you are operating an off prem operation, then you would have no washing facilities, to speak of.....I would have the followin for an cocktail recep of three hours, with open bars: 450 on the rocks/old fashions, 250 8 oz wines, 150 beers/soft drinks....hope this helps.....sam sears, cec
