would like to tell everyone that I personaly met George (the web master/facilitator) of this forum, last week in Las Vegas at the American Culinary Federation (ACF) National Convention, while I couldn't attend his seminar (I was off doing federation business) on web sites and the web as it relates to the business of Chefs, I heard great things about the content of his seminar, and they found him to be extremely knowledgeable & personable....and I would like to publicly thank him for all his hard work here on this forum & his generosity of time at our convention.,.....Thx George!.....sam sears, cec

Even though the room was at the end of an unmarked hall and there was no kind of signage we still had 46 attendees. No one fell asleep and no one left. Can't ask for more than that. ;<O)

I tried leaving her at the slots on a cruse last winter but they said 6 was a little young to be in the casino.
She'd probably win! That's what they are really afraid of.
