I'm a home caterer, located in Orange Co., CA needing a small kitchen to rent. Any information on how one can be inexpensively rented is appreciated.

try looking at other small caterers, big church kitchens, fraternal orgs, motels that may have closed their on premise food production facility, small bakeries, bars/nightclubs that have a kitchen available, lunch only OR dinner only, small restaurants, day care (either child or adult) facilities, hope this helps & glad to see a Home Based Caterer looking for bigger & better & not to mention more legal avenues of operation.....sam sears, cec

I have found a health kitchen to rent - what type of contract do I need to have my renter sign so that they are not liable for anything that happens in my business. I am putting that address as well as my home office on my business lisence. So I want to make sure he is protected.

You need to have a "hold harmless" clause in your rental agreement, you really should employ the services of an attorney, shouldn't be too much$$$...good luck......sam sears, cec

and don't forget to bring it to the attention of your insurence company. If they are not informed, there might be a claus that leaves you hanging.....
